The meeting will be held in person in a meeting room at Pearkes Rec Centre from 7:30-8:30pm.
Drinks and snacks will be served. Door prizes will be awarded, including a free spring registration

Why is the AGM important?
First, we’re required to hold one each year. Second, strong AGM attendance helps with our annual gaming grant application. If you could make a little time to come and participate it would be much appreciated!
Yes, new Board members are needed!
We have a fantastic, collaborative, supportive Board. We would love to welcome new members. Expressions of interest will be accepted in advance as well as during the AGM. The following positions have received no nominations yet:
- Softball Director
- Smallball Director (Coordinates Blastball, T-ball and Mini Minor)
- Player Agent
- Communications Director
- Sponsorship Director
- Head Coach (helps with Manager selection & Coach development)
