How to Register & Forms

You want to register at Hampton – that’s great! First make sure you are in our catchment by checking your address (or school address) in the District 7 League Locator. To register at Hampton you need to either live in or go to school in our catchment (except if you are registering for Challengers)

Are you registering for CHALLENGERS? if you are please note the following :

  1. the following do NOT apply to your players: catchment area (you do not need proof of address), you do not need to provide a birth certificate, uniform deposit does not apply
  2. Complete, print and bring the following forms to Hampton’s clubhouse during registration hours
  3. Pay the $25 Registration fee
  4. Let us know your players shirt and hat size

New Player Registration

Interested in volunteering and/or coaching?

Bring all your completed forms to the clubhouse to finalize your registration

  • make sure to bring your player’s birth certificate and
  • 3 proof of residence documents (ie. driver license, utility bill, bank statement, etc).
  • Fees associated with the level of play (we accept cheque, cash, debit or credit).
  • $100 postdated uniform deposit cheque

Returning Player Registration

  1. Come to the clubhouse
  2. Hampton Parent Code of Conduct  to be signed and handed into your team parent/club house by every parent/guardian.
  3. Hampton Player Code of Conduct  to be reviewed with each player by their parent/guardian, signed and handed into the team parent/club house.
  4. Review, update and sign your player registration form
  5. Make sure we have copies of your player’s birth certificate and 3 proofs of address

About Player Assignment to Teams

Please note, for players in Rookie Minors, Minors, Majors and Intermediate there is a no friend request policy – what does this mean? Players will not be assigned to teams based on a request to be on the same team as a friend. Players in these divisions are placed on teams based on an assessment of their skills and maturity level in order to ensure Hampton has balanced teams and that players are playing at a level that ensures there safety and success.

In the lower divisions (Blastball, TBall & Mini Minors) requests to be placed on teams with friends will be considered and accommodated where possible.

2018 Registration Fees

Any registrations after March 4th, 2018 will be considered a Late Registration and a Late Registration fee of $20 will apply to all divisions except Blastball and Challengers.

Hampton’s Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded in full (less a $25 Administration Fee) if a player withdraws after Assessments plus the costs of any uniforms that has not or cannot be returned (ie. hats, socks, etc).  Please note there are no refunds after a player has played their first game.

At the discretion of the President, registration fees may be refunded or prorated in the event of a serious injury or illness that prevents a player from participating.
