Hampton Little League – Location & Key Information
Hampton Little League plays out of Hampton Park, located at the corner of Tillicum Road and Burnside Road West (diagonally across from Tillicum Mall). The park boasts five diamonds, including the historic Curt Waldner Field, where all Hampton home games are played.
When players reach the Rookie Minor level, interleague play begins, with 2-4 games each year at various parks across Greater Victoria.
Season Schedule/Rain Outs
For Mini Minors, Rookie Minors, Minors, and Majors divisions, full season schedules will be available in late March, once teams are selected and players are assessed. Please note, we ask that you refrain from contacting Hampton for specific details on game and practice schedules until they are released.
Baseball is a game best played in the sun, but as we know, that is not always the case on the west coast! If you have a game/practice scheduled and the forecast calls for rain, please do not assume it will be cancelled. Weather can change very quickly. If you do not hear from your coach via TeamSnap, assume you are still playing and come to the park!
The President of Hampton assesses the fields during inclement weather and will notify coaches if games/practices are cancelled.

- Feb 28, Mar 1: Assessments (Rookies, Minors and Majors Only)
- Late March: Teams Selected and parents notified through TeamSnap
- April 6: Hampton Games and Practices Begin
- April 12: Opening Ceremonies
- May 15-18: Victoria Day Weekend Tournaments (Rookie Minors, Minors, Majors)
- Late-May: Minors and Majors Tournament Team Try-outs
- June 6: Movie Night
- June 20: T-Ball, Mini Minors and Challengers Season ends
- June 20: Volunteer Night
- June 21: House Championship Games
- June 21: Closing Ceremonies/House Season Ends
- June 22-28: District 7 Minors House Champions Tournament hosted by Lakehill
- June 22-28: District 7 Select 8 Rookie Minors Champions Tournament @ Beacon Hill
- June 27- July 5: District 7 Majors All Star Tournament Champions Tournament @
Hampton - July 4-12: District 7 Minors 9/10 All Star Tournament Champions Tournament at
Central Saanich - District All-Star Teams: Players interested in competing for the 9/10-year-old district All-Star team or the 11/12-year-old district All-Star team should be prepared for their season to extend into early/mid July.
Parking Information
Parking at Hampton Park is located off Hampton Road, next to the Gorge FC turf fields. Please note the following:
- Limited parking is available beside the baseball diamonds off Tillicum Road—this area is reserved exclusively for coaches with equipment and concession staff.
