Our Managers and Coaches are the backbone of our program, and we couldn't run Hampton Little League without your support! As our league continues to grow, we are always in need of more coaches.
We are committed to providing our coaches with the resources and support they need to succeed in developing both themselves and their players. We are truly grateful for anyone willing to get involved and help support youth sports.

Parent Volunteers – How to Help
At Hampton, our young ballplayers are the heart and soul of the league, but it’s the parents who are the engine that keeps the park running smoothly. Whether you're helping out in the concession stand, preparing the fields, or keeping score, every volunteer contribution is valuable.
Coaches and division leads will provide more information on how you can help ensure your child’s team is well-supported during practices and before and after games. Your involvement is essential to making Hampton a positive experience for all.
Umpires
A perfect first job for young players, Hampton is always on the lookout for youth umpires. Umpiring is a fantastic opportunity for players to earn some extra pocket money and gain a deeper understanding of the game. We’re looking for umpires for the Mini Minors (after mid-May), Rookie Minors, Minors, and Majors divisions.
Requirements:
- Umpires must be at least 8 years old and currently playing in the Minors division or higher.
- No previous umpiring experience is required.
If your child is interested in umpiring, please fill out the Umpire Form.
We will also be offering an umpire clinic to train new officials.
Concession
Hampton is known for its delicious concession fare at affordable prices, and it’s an important part of our community. The concession is open nearly every night from April 1 to late June, serving both the ballpark and the wider neighborhood.
Volunteer in the Concession and Earn Back Registration Fees:
- Front Counter Shift (4 hours): Earn $60 back!
- Prep Cook Shift: Earn $70 back!
- Cook Shift: Earn $80 back!
Volunteering in the concession stand is a great way to contribute and save on registration fees.
Join the Hampton Board
Each year, Hampton calls for parent volunteers to join the Hampton Board. There are various roles available, depending on your experience and time availability. If you’re interested in helping out, please reach out to president@hamptonlittleleague.com.
We are always eager to welcome more people to the board to help shape the future of Hampton Little League.
