Hampton Little League Wednesday Night Clinics start tonight!!! For new players and those in Rookies/Minor Division (see below)

Winter Clinics Starting in January!

Hampton is excited to be offering baseball clinics for the 2019 season beginning in January. These clinics provide an opportunity for our Hampton Little League players, coaches and parents to hone our skills and play ball indoors in the off-season!

Friday Night Winter Clinics 2019 are for Kids Playing in the Minors, Majors or Junior Divisions in 2019

Clinics provide opportunities for our Hampton players to practice and improve their throwing, catching, fielding, pitching, running and hitting skills. These clinics are also a great opportunity for parents wanting to learn how to teach the fundamentals of baseball to the kids.  Parent coaches and helpers are both welcome and encouraged to attend and participate!

When?

  • Friday, January 11, 6-8PM (Pearkes)
  • Friday, January 18, 6-8PM (Pearkes)
  • Friday, February 1, 6-8PM (Pearkes)
  • Friday, February 8, 6-8PM (Pearkes)
  • Friday, February 15, 6-8PM (Pearkes)
  • Friday, March 1, 6-8PM (Spectrum High School – Old Gym)
  • Friday, March 8, 6-8PM (Spectrum High School – Old Gym)
  • Friday, March 15, 6-8PM (Pearkes)
  • Friday, March 22, 6-8PM (Pearkes)

Where?

Depending on the date, the clinics will be held at either the Pearkes Arena fieldhouse or Spectrum High School.  Please check the Park Calendar if you are not sure of the location for a particular date.

Cost?

$40 for nine sessions or $6 for drop-in.  Fees cover the cost of renting the facilities and the running of the clinics. Please bring the registration fee to the clinic.

What to bring?

Wednesday Night Winter Clinics 2019 is for New Player’s and Kids playing in the Rookie Minors Division in 2019

These clinics are geared towards kids aged 7 to 8 years of age who have played mini-minor or rookie minor baseball who want to play in the Rookie division in 2019.  These clinics would also be ideal for stronger 6-year-old players or less experienced 9-year-olds.

New to baseball and are interested in playing at Hampton during the 2019 season?  These clinics are ideal for older kids who have never played before! This is a great way to learn the fundamentals.

These clinics will provide opportunities for our boys and girls to practice and improve their throwing, catching and hitting skills. These clinics will also provide a great opportunity for parents interested in coaching to learn to teach baseball fundamentals.  Parent coaches and helpers are both welcome and encouraged!

When?

  • Wednesday, January 16, 6-7PM
  • Wednesday, January 30, 6-7PM
  • Wednesday, February 13, 6-7PM
  • Wednesday, February 27, 6-7PM
  • Wednesday, March 6, 6-7PM
  • Wednesday, March 13, 6-7PM

Where?

  • Tillicum Elementary school gym, 3155 Albina Street.

Cost?

  • $20 for six 60 minute sessions or $5 for drop-in.  The fee covers the cost of renting the gym.

What to bring?

Winter Clinics – for Younger Kids playing in the Mini-Minors Division in 2019

These clinics are geared towards kids aged 5 to 6 years of age who have played t-ball or mini-minor baseball that want to play in the mini-minor division in 2019. These clinics would also be ideal less experienced or timid 7-year-olds.

New to baseball?  No worries, these clinics will also be ideal for kids aged 5 and 6 who have never played before!

When?

  • Wednesday, January 23, 6-7PM
  • Wednesday, February 6, 6-7PM
  • Wednesday, February 20, 6-7PM

Where?

  • Tillicum Elementary school gym, 3155 Albina Street.

Cost?

  • $5 drop-in.  Fees cover the cost of renting the gym.

What to bring?
