For only the second time in more than 20 years, a Greater Victoria Intermediate little league team is going to the Canadian Championships!
The team is made up of players aged 11 to 13 from Hampton Little League in Saanich and Beacon Hill Little League in Victoria and they need to raise money for uniforms ($1,200) and travel costs ($6,500) for the 11 players and two volunteer coaches.
The Canadian Championships are July 20-26th in Langley BC and the winner will go on to the Little League World Series in Livermore, California.
