Little League Canada recently partnered with two students from Algonquin College, (Ottawa, Ontario) Caitlyn Martel and Andrew McManaman, to create a short film on the history and values of Little League. It has some fantastic historical footage and talks about the how the values of Little League contribute to developing community and preparing children and youth for life and to be good citizens (one of the reasons why we are so passionate about Little League!!!).
The film was the runner-up for the Corporate/Client-Based Production portion of the Broadcast Editors Association of Canada’s (BEAC) 2017-2018 BEAC National Student Awards.
Check out the video here (it’s only 5 minutes but well worth watching)! And if you want to read about the project and the interview with the two students who made the video, you can read it here.
